今晚食的是一間位於佐敦的泰國菜,一間名稱聽落似食素,卻原來是泰國的一個地方名和第一王朝名稱的泰式餐廳-素可泰。餐廳裝修很別緻,頗有特色。豬頸肉沙律$88裏面豬頸肉的份量都不少,豬頸肉切得頗大件,裏面有較多的蔥及有洋蔥、紅蘿蔔絲等等,豬頸肉好爽口,味道酸酸甜甜,很惹味。香茅雞翼$58經炸過的啡金的顏色,上枱已令人覺得很吸引,入口有香茅的香味,且雞翼醃得很入味,炸到外脆內嫩滑,秘製醬汁酸酸甜甜,好惹味!香葉肉碎配煎蛋飯$68差不多每食泰菜,都喜愛食香葉肉碎飯,加埋個流心蛋,真是拌飯的美味菜式。配番兩個凍飲-凍檸樂及椰汁冰,這就是愛上泰菜的理由~~~

經炸過的啡金的顏色,上枱已令人覺得很吸引,入口有香茅的香味,且雞翼醃得很入味,炸到外脆內嫩滑,秘製醬汁酸酸甜甜,好惹味!
