Restaurant: Tsing Shan Wan Seafood Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日星期六,雖然天氣有啲陰沉,但係都冇能夠阻止我同家人去三聖邨食海鮮。一家人開心地揸車去到青山灣漁港海鮮酒家,心情都好期待。好啦,唔講咁多啦,直接講啲重點:食海鮮!首先,要讚下我哋買嘅海鮮都十分新鮮。買完海鮮,我哋就拎佢哋去酒家煮。五道菜式都煮得好好味同埋好有特色。特別係果三隻鮑魚,用果皮蒸出嚟,鮑魚肉質緊實,口感實在唔錯。重點係,啲鮑魚嘅鮮味係直程落晒啲豉油度,忍唔住嗌咗一碗返嚟撈晒啲汁。題外話,有人話鮑魚隔離嗰舊沙囊係唔食得嘅,但係我覺得呢度都整得乾淨,而且冇臭味,所以我一併食埋!其次,要講下東星班。呢條清蒸東星班,肉質鮮嫩,魚味好香,簡直係一絕。部分魚可能會有啲腥味,但呢條東星班完全無,證明佢哋魚真係好新鮮。不枉媽媽豪擲$300買咗呢條魚,最後我連魚嘴都食埋!再嚟就係九節蝦。九節蝦雖然細隻,但係味道真係好鮮甜。白灼嘅方式煮得恰到好處,完全保留咗嗰啲蝦嘅鮮味,雖然有啲人鍾意啖啖肉,但係其實細蝦更加能保存佢嘅甜味,點咗啲辣椒豉油絕對提鮮!至於海鮮湯,就有幾點想提出啦。首先,湯內嘅配料係好豐富,有顯肉、豆腐、白菜、魚肉、蝦仁等等。但係,胡椒味真係比較重,可能唔係人人能夠接受。如果對胡椒

至於海鮮湯,就有幾點想提出啦。首先,湯內嘅配料係好豐富,有顯肉、豆腐、白菜、魚肉、蝦仁等等。但係,胡椒味真係比較重,可能唔係人人能夠接受。如果對胡椒味比較敏感嘅朋友,可以請師傅調整一下。

最後,就係桶蠔啦。桶蠔用薑蔥焗,味道係真係好香。但係,要講下,桶蠔煮出嚟只有五隻,份量真係有啲小,蠔嘅愛好者可能會覺得唔夠食。如果有更多蠔嘅話,咁就更加完美喇。而且雖然佢成煲上,但係硬係覺得少咗一份焦香,鑊氣嗰度打咗折扣。


總括嚟講,呢次三聖邨海鮮之旅,無論係環境定係食物都好滿意。雖然海鮮材料加埋加工費,三個人買單都要大約$1300,但最重要嘅係,家人都好開心,過咗一個愉快嘅星期六。下次再揸車去三聖邨食海鮮,我哋一定會再揀呢間酒家!
