早幾日前夜晚去咗食意樂,見到Menu上面第一版嘅脆豬手幾吸引,所以試試,成個餐連薯菜加湯$88。個湯係濃香菌皇忌廉湯,味道都可以,有雜菌粒。
主角脆豬手嚟到,賣相絕對係上得Instagram,擺盤出色。原本仲以為佢係燒豬手,原來係成個攞去炸,對我嚟講係有啲熱氣,尤其個塊又硬又脆嘅豬皮。
豬手拌上黑椒汁、鹽同胡椒粒,但我Prefer成個豬手先醃過鹽同胡椒,可能會比就咁點更均勻同入味。不過成個豬手炸得好靚,值得試試!





To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
