To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. -今日去意樂食遲了的下午茶,我們叫了3個茶餐 。-吉列豬扒配滋味脆薯條,吉列豬扒比較細塊,炸得亦比較黑,但入口鬆脆,肉質尚算嫩滑,配上蝦肉色的沙律醬,好滋味。薯條唔熱,但好彩算是脆的,不會像有些薯條凍左會硬。魚柳大大塊,魚肉比較厚身,炸得剛剛好。-花生醬西多士厚厚的,熱辣辣,中間夾著的花生醬剛好,配上牛油楓糖,好味。茶餐加$6轉芒果啫喱冰冰,芒果啫喱冰冰味道偏甜。牛乳抺茶啫喱冰冰,牛乳偏少,喝到濃濃的抹茶味。
