平日很少在外面吃早餐，今天心血來潮，特意到附近的大家樂。大腿通（火腿通粉）依舊煮太爛，口感偏軟。反而是咖啡出乎意料之外的好喝：細膩芬芳，酸度低，香味濃，口感均衡。雖然我是黑咖啡的愛好者，但對這杯加糖加奶的港式咖啡還是有很高的評價。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme").
