To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日出嚟食飯,周圍都大排長龍,最後因為唔想等位黎咗太興食晚飯。 今次係第一次嚟太興食晚飯,估唔到會有意外驚喜。首先我哋點咗個燒鵝達人,燒鵝燒得好香,肉質嫩滑唔多骨,而且唔會太韌,醬汁酸酸甜甜, 非常美味, 好媲某米芝蓮知名燒鵝餐廳。野菌蝦仁炒蛋比想像中細碟,但係味道的確唔錯,蝦仁夠大隻,而且好新鮮,蝦仁爽口彈牙,炒蛋都夠滑,再加埋野菌同埋香蔥嘅配搭, 炒出黎好香,送飯一流。檸水唔會太酸,味道啱啱好。下次如果大家想去食晚飯,不妨試下去太興碰碰運氣,可能都會有意想不到嘅驚喜。
