爸爸喜歡食大排檔有鑊氣嘅小菜,我知道觀塘工業區嗰度有間新匯聚餐廳小廚,主打地道的粵式小炒,一於帶佢去試吓!薑蔥魚腩煲,用煲仔上檯,有鑊氣,魚腩炸過後,用薑蔥爆香再炆煮,啖啖魚肉加上魚腩的油脂、爆香過的蔥及薑,真的可以吃不停口。懷舊咖喱魷魚,咖喱魷魚係香港一種街頭小食,極受到顧客歡迎,魷魚爽口入味,有口感和很香的咖喱香味,辣度剛剛好!蠔餅,即叫即做熱辣辣上檯,食落非常酥脆,蠔仔洗得乾淨冇雜質和腥味,加上蔥絲和芫茜增添香味。肉絲炒麵,麵底煎炸得好香脆,用豬頸肉做肉絲特別有口感,用料還有冬菇絲、韭黃、銀牙好爽口,個芡汁也調得好惹味。美食當前,少不了啤酒。最後有椰汁馬豆糕送
