依度係我常幫親既舖頭,因食物質數唔錯,特別係粥同柱侯牛腩,煲仔飯都幾好 ~咸魚肉片排骨煲仔飯,係霉香咸魚,撈飯一流,肉片爽滑入味,只係排骨經常過肥多骨唔夠軟滑。一向都只係煲約十五分鐘,飯會略濕。我間中有時間都會要求煲夠三十分鐘,咁樣飯就夠乾身又更香口﹗味道係中上級,當然要睇叫咩配料啦 ~ 係大埔食煲仔飯我首選係潮洲小炒 ~柱侯牛腩撈麵,近來啲牛腩越來越瘦,雖然味道暫未走樣,仍然係好味既,但係口感同質量明顯比以前差左。柱侯牛腩粗麵,係大埔黎講依度既牛腩係我最愛,非常香濃既腩汁,每次都忍唔住要勁飲湯,正﹗牛腩肉質軟滑,但有時都會有瘦肉,鞋鞋地,不過味道不變。粗麵爽滑彈牙,完全唔好煮過龍,林碧碧。暫時全港我最愛既柱候牛腩始終都係旺角某間老店﹗

柱侯牛腩撈麵,近來啲牛腩越來越瘦,雖然味道暫未走樣,仍然係好味既,但係口感同質量明顯比以前差左。
