To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同兩個朋友一行三人去咗灣仔喜帖街食貓之眼。我哋今日一點幾去到門口都有人，排隊排咗大約十五分鐘就可以入去。我哋分別叫咗，咖哩漢堡扒蛋包飯，茄汁漢堡扒蛋包飯，同埋白汁雞肉紅酒牛肉蛋包飯。先講下佢哋啲手打和牛漢堡扒，口感真係非常之好，軟硬適中，亦都好有牛味。至於佢個茄汁就不過不失啦，而佢個咖哩汁實絕對可以提升漢堡扒嘅味道。而佢嘅紅酒牛肉都係十分出色，酒味好出。而佢個蛋包飯嘅味道亦都係十分不錯，十分有蛋香。絕對會搵埋三五知己再試。
