To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向都好鍾意百樂潮州酒家嘅滷水,特別係佢嘅鵝肉片同埋鵝肝鵝腸,不過散叫菜單比較貴,其實佢有好抵食嘅套餐,有滷水食品作前菜、燉湯,同埋兩個小菜任揀,都係幾百蚊,抵食。今次我哋就叫左呢個二人套餐,選咗滷水鵝片做前菜,佢哋嘅滷水真係無得輸,所以都唔多講啦。今次想講講佢個湯——鹹檸檬燉鴨湯。湯底清純略帶鹹檸檬嘅鹹鹹酸酸,非常醒胃,另外鴨肉嫩滑,而且是整個鴨髀,一壺湯足夠有四大碗,作為開飯湯水非常合適。我仲叫咗兩個小菜,就係這一條檸檬蒸烏頭,烏頭肉質鮮嫩,配合少少檸檬,真係令人垂涎三尺。還有這個川椒龍鳳配,即係以川椒炒海蝦和雞肉,非常惹口,蝦肉彈牙爽口,雞肉嫩滑鮮甜,而且份量不少,蝦肉有四大隻,雞球都有八大塊,真係非常抵食。其實佢仲有好多經典小菜任君選擇,下一次一定要再黎試一試其他菜式。

我仲叫咗兩個小菜,就係這一條檸檬蒸烏頭,烏頭肉質鮮嫩,配合少少檸檬,真係令人垂涎三尺。
