To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 非常惡劣的服務質量，成個餐廳管理系統相當混亂，極度缺人手，落單時等極都搵唔到人黎落。問起又唔知乜菜式有乜菜式無，結果落完單隔一陣返黎同你講呢樣無，又落單又隔一陣話果樣都無。已經搞到最後淨係order左一個送。點知就呢一個送，等左20分鐘都未有得食。最後嬲到講不如cancel唔食算罷，又即刻一秒就同你攞到碟野上黎wor？已經食唔出個送咩味，淨係想快脆食完走人。最後走果陣去左佢地個洗手間，污糟到想嘔，廁板上面有好多一滴滴深黃色污漬，換左一格，馬桶蓋同地上都有疑似係尿液嘅液體。總之以後都唔會再踏入呢間舖半步。
