Finally tried their Tofu Mousse Matcha Cube (HKD 55)! Was drawn by how pretty it looked when I saw the table next to us having it, and just couldn’t resist! And it did not disappoint! Finally tried their Tofu Mousse Matcha Cube (HKD 55)! Was drawn by how pretty it looked when I saw the table next to us having it, and just couldn’t resist! And it did not disappoint! The tofu mousse had a perfectly smooth and soft texture (like firm enough to not turn into a mess once you start eating but not so firm that you feel like you are straight up eating gelatin), which complements the soft matcha sponge cake layers inside really well. On the whole it was on the sweeter side, but it worked just fine since tofu has a relatively mild taste so the sweetness really helped bring out the tofu flavour. Not a super intense or bitter matcha flavour but everything was in perfect harmony and I really enjoyed it! 🥰

Their rock oolong mocha was so nice too, would definitely reorder this! Like a gentler version of a hot chocolate with noticeable tea flavour as the aftertaste. Super cozy and comforting and a perfect afternoon treat! 😍

Was so fortunate that we didn’t have to queue! And I honestly prefer the wanchai branch more than the cwb branch just because of the overall ambience and it being way quieter and less crowded👍🏻 overall a way better experience in terms of food and environment than my last visit to the cwb branch!
