To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在朋友家附近近年開了幾間cafe和餐廳,今次趁有時間就,見到一間裝修簡約嘅cafe就入去試下平日下午時間到,全店大概8成滿座不用等位就可直接入。下單大概15分鐘就有。JOMO全日早餐配煙燻三文魚🍣大概10分鐘就有,被一排牛油果驚艷到,軟軟嘅口感搭配上烤得香脆的酸種麵包,令到麵包帶有種清新嘅味道又增加了口感最出色都係威士忌木桶煙熏三文魚,同平時嘅煙三文魚唔同,鹹鮮味更濃厚,加上用油浸泡住更嫩滑最特別竟然有焗甜番薯,外層香脆入面香甜。炒滑蛋蛋香十足,大啡蘑菇焗得十分香,切開嫩滑多汁再配上一杯latte,坐在海旁位置有陣陣海風,望著外面海景真的十分寫意
