To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久之前到過這間酒樓吃晚飯,喜歡這裡沒有一般酒樓的嘈吵,格調較高,但價錢相宜。母親節翌日仍是公眾假期,所有酒樓都不容易找位,除了她……,位置是APM 再行前5分鐘左右。首先,來了一客我至愛的芋角酥,外層又脆又鬆,很有水準,不太油膩。第二首選就是有點辣的紅油抄手,上面再灑上炸蒜和葱花,很好的配合😋還點了叉燒飽,馬拉糕……不過不失,中規中矩……還有排骨,這個我不太欣賞,太多肥肉啊還叫了瑞士雞翼和馬蹄糕……(但忘記影相啊)埋單大概每人$80,抵食!
