我同事放工後,約我去位於荃灣荃華街3號的悅來坊2樓202號舖的《牛之鍋》食火鍋,環境舒適,坐得舒服。我地點左2個B餐 $298/位(串燒、雞煲、炸物、刺身、火鍋海鮮、甜品、飲品、自動蔬菜吧):鍋底:椰子雞(清遠雞)煲和皮蛋芫荽湯,雞肉嫩滑,湯底鮮甜,一煲一湯好好味。刺身:三文魚、泰式生蝦、帶子、八爪魚、鮑片、赤貝、北寄貝、希靈魚、珍寶赤蝦,新鮮肉嫩,非常鮮美。串燒:燒雞髀肉、燒菠蘿、燒八爪魚、燒羊肉、燒牛舌、燒鰻魚、鮑魚、燒肥牛肉、烤榴槤,材料豐富及燒得香脆可口。火鍋海鮮:原隻鮑魚、半殼扇貝、脆鯇魚片,新鮮又鮮甜爽口。火鍋配料:美國肥牛肉、美國極尚牛肉、特選豚肉,牛味香濃好食。甜品:榴槤芭菲、芒果布甸、楊枝甘露、牛奶燉蛋白、紅豆椰汁凍芋圓,都係我的至愛。自助蔬菜吧:白菜仔、生菜、油麥菜,新鮮好食。自助飲品吧:檸檬特飲+菊花特飲都清熱解渴,最啱飲。
