今日約了朋友食晚飯,到達餐廳時候不需要等候就可以入座。我們叫了主菜再分別加29蚊轉套餐,主菜方別是聖安娜安格斯封門柳和香煎奈良手打芝士牛肉餅咖哩蛋包飯。套餐就選擇了湯,串燒和飲品。首先來的是湯,湯是忌廉湯,味道不會太鹹。再來的是雞肉串燒,雞肉肉質夠嫩滑。之後是石板燒的封門柳,我們叫了300g,份量足夠大。牛肉放在高温石板上,我們很快用刀就肉切開,然後烤兩下就基本上熟了表面。我們都偏向不太熟,所以沒有太熟就入口,牛肉入口都是嫩滑。而蛋包飯的牛肉餅,牛肉有汁而且滑,加上芝士同咖哩汁,色香味俱全。而蛋剛剛好熟,不會過老。整體而言,味道不會太濃,而且價錢又不會太貴的晚餐。
