To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到左下午茶時段,我地朝住牛角出發~Weekday 既下午茶時段唔係好多人,店家設計優美,我地坐左嚮卡位座,望住一幅牛既解剖圖(顯示牛既不同部位),落單係用一部平板電腦,客人自助下單,對於我黎講係新奇有趣既~有趣在點單後,一定要去介面既其中一個位置按”點單”,確定下單,否則等到花兒謝了也沒有得食囉⋯⋯哈我地確定點了燒肉定食A餐 同 燒肉定食C餐,A餐:丹麥皇冠豚扒 1塊(可選燒肉汁 塩醬 辛味醬汁) 可選原味定食包括: 昆布湯/ 迷你沙律/ 白飯飲品選了 : 凍柚子茶 C餐:豚肉 及 雞腿肉 各4件(可選燒肉汁 塩醬 辛味醬汁) 選了原味定食包括: 昆布湯/ 迷你沙律/ 白飯飲品選了 : 凍奶茶 牛角既爈具很好,網燒唔會好大火同黏住啲肉,一邊燒一邊食好優閒好享受~開心的下午茶!
