To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日- 入坐前已經有4、5台客喺門口等宵夜，但準時9:00未能入座，有可能他們人手不足吧～ 入坐後立即點餐😁😁第一轉點左：$258燒肉拼盤、牛角飯、王樣腹胸、啤酒放題、豬腩肉、麻香椰菜（跟餐仲有兩杯冇酒精飲品）第2轉 壺漬牛肋肉、王樣腹胸、牛角飯所有牛肉嘅質素都非常好！一開始見到王樣腹胸個樣好似好難食好UN ,點知燒出嚟勁好食又夠淋多汁！ 牛角飯主要係點俾小朋友食，點知我哋兩個大人好食到要追加😂👍🏻很好有嬰兒坐椅、餐具提供，良好服務態度👍🏻整體最差係上啤酒速度太慢！我哋同隔離枱都不斷吹速！食咗咁多嘢，埋單都係6百幾👍🏻不錯
