旺角咁多間韓燒餐廳,始終對running燒念念不忘。再次同朋友黎尼到食,價格調整左,晚市110分鐘$258再加一,食物款式亦多左。餐廳依然保持一貫高質素既水準,侍應服務態度非常好,晚市6點左右已經幾乎坐滿人,記得要訂定位先。前菜依舊有芽菜、海帶、泡菜,開胃可口。海鮮類必選既生蠔,有普通生蠔,蒜茸芝士生蠔,兩款都好鮮甜。不過蒜茸芝士既就要燒耐d,等層芝士慢慢融化,包住粒蠔再食,特別滋味。扇貝、帶子、多春魚亦唔錯。韓燒既好處係燒熟海鮮之餘,可以燒到面層脆脆地,令海鮮更有口感。肉類方面,今次叫左多d牛肉款式。薄切西冷牛扒、醬汁牛五花肉,之前好似冇尼2款,今次一試難忘。鐵板夠熱,牛肉一放上去好快就變色,香味撲鼻而來,醬汁有少少香(?)蒜茸,配埋牛肉特別好味。亦有金菇肥牛卷、牛舌、牛肋骨、牛柳片、牛肉片,各種部位切既手工都唔錯,厚度適宜,燒一燒就食得,鎖緊肉汁。好欣賞餐廳將多醃料醬汁既肉獨立放,其他既都整齊放係有分隔既碟,唔會撈到亂哂。最後仲食下豬皮、羊西冷。豬皮燒時要好小心,有一面會彈下彈下,起好多泡泡,食落好肥美。食到滯既話,可以試下用生菜包住黎食,亦可以飲碗阿珠媽靚湯,裏面有蘿蔔絲、芽菜、

整體,就算加左價,但食物質素提高左,任飲任燒抵。午市仲有套餐,唔同時段黎running燒食都享受到韓國燒肉既風味。
