To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與朋友今日來中午來吃點心放題，只是每人$88，茶錢及加一服務費另計，可以坐3小時，出品也是ok 的，這個價錢很便宜。部份食物是用點心紙剔的，部分是可以自取的。我們點了很多點心：蝦餃、燒賣、腸粉、蘿蔔糕、灌湯餃、馬拉糕、紅棗糕、南孔豬手、牛肉燒賣、綿花雞、鳳爪、金錢肚、蒸排骨、奶黃包；另外自取了：老火湯、瑞士汁雞翼、虎皮尖椒、韭菜豬紅等。大滿足~注意：放題要最少二位客人才可以光顧，時間由上午11：00至下午3：30。
