To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 到翡翠拉麵小籠包吃晚飯,看到有一個匯豐銀行信用卡的優惠套餐,就點了這套餐。我們選了雞絲粉皮、小籠包、白玉花雕蒸蝦球、糖醋雞球、雪菜蝦仁炒飯、豆漿和桂圓杞子雪梨茶。雞絲粉皮味道不錯,只是醬汁略稠。小籠包的包皮不夠薄,幸好餡料味道不錯。白玉花雕蒸蝦球最好吃,白玉就是蒸蛋白、很嫩滑,蝦球很大隻,而且爽口彈牙,這菜式清清淡淡,很適合夏天。糖醋雞球的味道也不錯。雪菜蝦仁炒飯,味道很好,但飯太硬。豆漿好喝,桂圓杞子雪梨茶則太甜。這店的侍應工作勤快,要什麼,很快便送上,另外用完的盤碗,也很快收走。這店顧客很多,幸好我是黃昏六點到達,不用等位,我們七點離開時,門口滿是等候的人。
