蟹籽沙律 $68由於今餐主打食燒肉,特登叫個菜平衡一下。估唔到咁足料,砌到山咁高嘅青瓜絲,滿瀉嘅蟹籽,5~6條粗蟹柳,加上份量剛剛好嘅沙律醬,夠曬fresh~石燒霜降牛小排 $148每件牛小排都成吋厚,油脂分佈均勻,入口好香油脂味但未至於膩。由於肉嘅份量頗多同厚身,但只有個蠟燭仔嘅火,燒到尾時火力略嫌不足,比較難燒得靚。葱吞拿魚碎三文魚籽丼 $128逢親有吞拿魚茸飯我都必點,今次呢個有少少特別,係吞拿魚碎而唔係茸,睇到佢係用真吞拿魚肉剁碎而成,同埋更加有”口趙”口。雖然飯碗細細,但配料超足,食到底都仲有餸撈飯。印有”香港/加油”個玉子燒更加係錦上添花。即製梳乎里班戟配雪糕 $108話就話要等20分鐘,但落完單到上枱都唔係等左好耐~重點係超。有。驚。喜!完全無諗過喺居酒屋嘅地方可以食到高質嘅甜品。個班戟係偏向梳乎里質感,鬆軟得黎好輕身,但又唔會好似食空氣咁;配上custard醬同雪呢拿雪糕簡直無可挑剔 ~最後想提嘅係佢地d侍應好好態度,尤其有位上菜嘅叔叔好有禮貌~令到成個體驗更完美❤️
