平時最鍾意就係識新野,最近就約埋朋友一齊食左一間新開嘅fushion菜fine dining. 餐廳可能因為岩岩開冇耐嘅緣故,晚市人流唔多,但menu設計得非常有誠意,絕對值得試下。成個tasting menu每位$1188,total有6個course, 店員會細心為我地介紹每一道菜,等我地除左食之餘都更了解菜單背後嘅心思。✨Amuse Bouche餐廳嘅Amuse Bouche無一個小拼盤,上面有三款精緻嘅小點心。我最鍾意嘅係一個千層酥,雖然細細舊但非常有層次,上面加左絲狀嘅羊奶芝士,味道幾有驚喜。✨StarterStarter係一款意式奶凍,上面加左少少魚子醬同雞油佢點綴,口感細滑。✨Bread✨2nd Starter 第二款starter係意大利雲吞,外面淋上解菌湯,味道清新。✨3rd Course第三道菜係燒三黃雞腿,餐廳用左一個非常得意嘅presentation——雞腿連爪一齊上,中間綁住左麻繩方便客人用手食,相當過癮。✨4th Course第四道菜係一道蒸馬友魚,上面鋪滿左北海道海膽,兩樣都係我喜歡嘅食材!成個combination 我地當然食得非常滋味。✨Main食左咁

✨Amuse Bouche

食左咁多道course黎到main course, 我就揀左個鴿子,因為平時比較少見,結果真係幾比到驚喜我!同平時食開嘅鴿子肉唔同,佢地烹調嘅鴿肉呈鮮紅色,食落嘅滑嫩度比和牛有過之而無不及,非常推薦!


✨Dessert
最後嘅甜品就咁睇落係一碗白色嘅泡泡,但食落層次感非常豐富,中間係茶味雪糕,味到甘中帶甜,食到我讚不絕口。
