To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日去左尖沙咀,係紅磡站天橋落黎,諗住近近地食個lunch就去坐火車回程。星巴克旁邊本來有兩間食開既餐廳,原來剛剛開始裝修。四圍望下,見到平時少食既太興,就走過黎試下。係門口排隊唔夠5分鐘就有位。睇完餐牌,平時食得太多燒味飯,轉下口味叫個乾炒牛河,順便試下師父手勢。飲品先黎,係平時唔多見既咸寧水,感覺幾清新。跟住黎乾炒牛河,味道夠,牛肉唔算好多。
