餐廳的鐵板燒位置,獨立的私癮度很高,都分了多區位置,保證8位客人以內,質素更高~季節沙律~沙律醬是芝麻醬,蔬菜新鮮,很開胃~魚籽鵝肝蒸蛋~鵝肝煎後很香,鵝油直接滲透到蒸蛋內,蒸蛋嫩滑~鮮活龍蝦~龍蝦很新鮮,還在跳動的,肉質鮮甜彈牙~原隻鮮活南非鮑魚~鮑魚肉質腍軟,沾上白汁味道,原來超夾~新鮮帶子~帶子很厚,煎後亦能保持水份感及嫩滑,夾上紫蘇葉及寒天吃,味道一流~香煎頂級鵝肝~鵝油豐富,配上黑醋汁和菠蘿同吃,味道超棒~鹿兒島霜降和牛燒~油脂分佈平均,牛味香濃,入口有溶化的感覺~秋田炒飯~材料有櫻花蝦、火腿及雞蛋,味道帶點蝦的甜味,吃起來更香更可口~炒野菜~份量也多,有冬菇和椰菜~龍蝦清湯~味道清甜,用上生猛的龍蝦頭去熬製~精選甜品~有抹茶或豆腐味雪糕可選擇,另外還有一份銅鑼燒,味道香甜圓滿~
