鮨松本是由日本師傅主理,絕對是 one man band 一腳踢,餐廳位置有點隱蔽,沿石水渠街上行到盡頭再轉入橫街才會見到小店,要靠谷歌地圖帶路。餐廳衹有八個位,星期日休息,必須要預先訂台,午市魚生飯套餐,包日式蒸蛋、麵豉湯,材料新鮮,甜品有雲呢拿雪糕和芝麻雪糕 二選一,只賣$180,性價嘅比極高。我們又另外加了一份鹽燒油甘魚鮫,皮脆肉嫩,滿有驚喜。食完即刻訂了下星期,想要試下鮨松本的廚師發板Omakase。
