近年香港興起食魚生飯,最近有發現旺角有一間新開嘅丼飯店,而且午餐時段仲全單有七五折,我呢個魚生控當然要試吓啦!lunch hour跟餐會有前菜沙律,面豉湯。同埋一罐罐裝飲品,除左一般汽水之外,都有其他選擇。主食方面,朋友要咗個三文魚帆立貝丼飯。材料份量十足,三文魚勁厚勁肥美,而帶子亦都好大隻,味道亦好鮮甜。加上一粒粒晶瑩剔透既三文魚子,脆卜卜又鮮,完全唔腥。而我就要左個火灸刺身丼,入面嘅材料更加豐富,包括三文魚,吞拿魚腩,帆立貝,蟹棒,仲有大量蟹子。同樣係十分新鮮而且又厚既刺身輕輕經火燒過表面更香。而且值得一讚嘅係呢度嘅珍珠米飯加左飯素,再mix埋蛋黃醬真係不得了。最後仲有雪糕糯米糍做甜品。以後嚟旺角又多一間日本野選擇了!
