一想到潮州食物,便會想到打冷凍海鮮等,滷水食物更是非常到家入味~厚菇焗鮑魚~鮑魚又厚又大隻,是需要用刀切來吃的,切到中間時,還有點黏刀的感覺,味道更有鮑魚鹹香;而厚菇也是非常厚,吃起來軟棉棉~滷水拼盤~潮州菜真的是必吃滷水食物,有豬大腸、滷鵝片、豆腐、豬紅及花生,當中豬大腸更是非常入味又腍軟~汕頭煎蠔烙~外層蛋邊煎得非常脆香,中間的蠔仔每隻都是相當肥美,完全沒有蠔殼,蠔仔份量非常足,很大氣~茶脯炒粿條~就是炒河粉,用上較幼身的那種,加入脆香的菜鋪及芥蘭粒,用豉油來炒香,簡單而美味~
