食物方面,花膠湯挺特別,香甜濃滑;黑魚子蟹肉沙律份量足又鮮甜;焦糖燉鵝肝好像是第一次吃,濃郁焦香,非常滿足;半打生蠔新鮮抵食;主菜的傳統法式牛柳五成熟恰到好處,鮮甜嫩滑之餘,牛肉味濃郁;寶雲酥澳洲紐西蘭羊架七成熟也毫不失色,肉香而不羶;最後的是日甜品大致是鮮果巴斯克芝士蛋糕,小巧卻十分飽足
另想讚許的是,本來餐廳 WhatsApp 聯絡時提醒用餐時間只有 90 分鐘,我也猶豫以晚餐會好友聊天來說較短,但抱著姑且一試的心態到場,幸好餐廳有因應實際情況盡量提供餐枱,包括細心周到地幫我們轉枱,最後也給了 2 個多小時的用餐時間,以在它的高峰時間來說,已經不錯
總結,我和朋友共晉了一頓愉快又回味無窮的晚餐

I rarely write such detailed reviews, but this restaurant truly deserves it—and I strongly recommend it!
As for the food: the French Onion Fish Maw Soup was unique—fragrant, sweet, and velvety; the Caviar Crab Meat Salad was generous and fresh; Foie Gras Cream Brulee was probably a first for me—rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying; the half dozen oysters were fresh and well-priced; the main course of traditional French-style beef tenderloin (medium) was perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and full of beefy flavor; the Grilled Provençal Lamb Chop (medium-well) was equally impressive—flavorful without any gaminess; and the dessert of the day, a fruit-topped Basque cheesecake, was petite but filling
Another highlight: although the restaurant initially informed us via WhatsApp that dining time was limited to 90 minutes, which made me hesitate since we planned a dinner catch-up with good friends, the staff were thoughtful and accommodating. They even helped us switch tables and ultimately allowed us over two hours of dining time—quite generous during their peak hours
To sum up, we enjoyed a delightful and delicious dinner that left us with lasting memories. The restaurant shows genuine sincerity, balancing food quality with the overall experience. In today’s challenging business climate, this is truly commendable and pleasantly surprising
