To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企人鍾意食上海菜,就專登book 左金鍾既夜上海試下,一行6人,因限聚令關係,分開左3個、3個坐,環境舒適,服務態度良好,因我地叫部分食物想分開兩檯,侍應都好好幫我地分左兩份先上檯。蒜泥白肉:肉偏厚,唔夠多蒜,肉有少少蘇味小籠包:皮薄,多肉汁,好食片皮鴨:呢度有半份,份量超級少,皮偏淋,唔夠熱,配菜得2種,如果以500多元既價錢食,真係唔抵蔥油餅:全餐我覺得最好味既一道菜,酥皮脆又夠熱,餡料(蔥)足料獨蒜紅燒肉($148):豬肉有豬蘇味,唔夠新鮮,唔夠入味,真係唔多想食整體黎講,係又貴又唔飽,只係食服務態度同環境,如果以呢個價錢,好多地方既上海菜好食過佢,不會再光顧
