To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喝手搖飲品我最看重的是茶底!花斑茶社選用台灣南投名間鄉原片茶葉配以81度茶溫泡茶,所以我對他們的茶品很有信心。手炒黑糖珍珠口感煙韌,更用上台灣及日本的兩款黑糖炒製!坊間的黑糖飲料,基本上不能自行加減糖分和冰量,不過花斑茶社卻可以!很特別吧!黑糖珍珠抹茶鮮奶,抹茶味極之濃郁,帶苦澀回甘的香味,喜歡抹茶的朋友,這一杯必試!黑糖珍珠烏龍鮮奶,點了無糖,怕甜人士一樣可以享受到黑糖的香味。烏龍茶甘香,果然高質!經過樂道,一定會再來試一試花斑茶社的其他茶品!
