To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

📍藝廊咖啡室 富豪機場酒店最近有懷舊香港美食主題自助餐，入面有好多香港以前嘅懷舊小食，啄啄糖，菠蘿油，砵仔糕，糖蔥餅等等，質素仲要唔差，睇得又食得😜魚生海鮮區有齊一般嘅刺身，三文魚油甘魚等等，壽司方面我最鍾意炙燒三文魚🍣仲有其他煙三文魚，東風螺，青口都有，全部都幾新鮮我最鍾意嘅熟食區有超多選擇，最基本嘅烤羊架，牛扒，呢啲都係必食，另外仲有辣酒煮東風螺，蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子，避風塘炒蝦等等，仲有超級好食嘅脆皮五香豬腩，好正好有風味🤤除咗呢啲之外，仲有泰式串燒，印度咖喱仲有關東煮，勁多唔同嘅菜式～去到甜品區，有超過10種口味Movenpick任食，然後仲有甘筍蛋糕，芝士蛋糕，蘋果批，仲有勁好食嘅好立克木糠布甸，薑檸樂啫喱同埋維他奶布甸，好特別，出面都未食過，仲要好好食😍

我最鍾意嘅熟食區有超多選擇，最基本嘅烤羊架，牛扒，呢啲都係必食，另外仲有辣酒煮東風螺，蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子，避風塘炒蝦等等，仲有超級好食嘅脆皮五香豬腩，好正好有風味🤤除咗呢啲之外，仲有泰式串燒，印度咖喱仲有關東煮，勁多唔同嘅菜式～
