To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 某天下午,因事來到中環,肚又有點餓,便就近在這間「大家樂」,叫來一個經典的「燒鵝瀨粉 + 可樂」的下午茶餐,聊以裹腹。這天的我挺幸運的,燒鵝正是脾位,燒鵝皮雖因被湯浸泡過,而且並非新鮮出爐,當然不夠香脆,不過始終是鵝脾部位,肉質尚見嫩滑,加上兩條菜心和少許米粉,價錢又不貴,總算是一頓既經濟,又能頂肚的下午茶快餐。
