To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 集團式快餐店要不時變款,才能留住食客,所以大家樂都在一定的時間變換菜式。昨天才推出的泰菜晚餐,抱著姑且一試的心情,因為它畢竟都不是專家;一試之下,喜出望外,雖然與真正泰菜還有點距離,但大熱天時不想走來走去九龍城,這裡的泰式晚餐都是一個不錯的選擇,還有,假使你是獨行俠,到九龍城只可以吃碗米線吧!兩款晚餐我選了肉碎和菠蘿炒飯那一種,37元一客,果然,有驚喜啊!單是賣相已令人垂涎,蝦餅炸得脆脆,很討人歡心,川椒雞可惜是有骨的,正宗的是沒有骨頭的,另外還加上凍青檸水,這個晚餐夠看頭了;肉碎生菜包為了迎合港人口味,都不會弄得太辣,較甜,味道剛好,但若是正宗泰國人便感到欠了什麼似的;菠蘿炒飯不膩,開胃,吃得人也開懷。綜合整個晚餐給人的印象蠻好;另外,,原隻燒春雞都只是32元,皮脆之外肉質也嫩,熱烘烘的,抵吃喇!
