To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日中午食了個及第粥,所以下午4㸃多已覺肚餓,因公事来到觀塘,就在就近的地方先食少少才回家食飯。来到大家樂,見到烧鴨湯米。好似又几吸引,因我很久未食過烧鴨了,想起之前食過的烧鴨,皮脆肉够入味。。於是要了個烧鴨湯米配红豆冰奶茶$29。米粉還帶少少爽口,湯底味道不錯,至於主角烧鴨,是鴨胸位置,比較多肉,但肉質比較鞋,,肉不是很入味,皮都不是想像中的脆,。㸃了酸甜酱後,對於我這個正處於飢餓的人来説,好美味哦。。設計餐單的都算细心,配有一條菜心,食完烧鴨再食菜心不會覺得滯。红豆冰奶茶,加煉奶,奶味够濃,,红豆有𡁻口,食完有㸃肥膩的烧鴨,再品嚐一口红豆冰奶茶,一日的辛勞,都煙消雲散。,
