好耐冇食燒肉,去開TOP行街,就入咗嚟試吓呢間用炭火嘅燒肉。擔擔味增茄子等唔切啲肉要慢慢燒,就叫咗個前菜食住先。茄子配上味增汁估唔到係咁夾,配有少少辣椒,辣得來好惹味。壽喜燒和牛西冷今餐嘅主角,一上枱望到和牛嘅油脂分布,就已經不得了!有熱心嘅侍應幫我哋手燒,由於大片但切得夠薄,好快就已經食得。食嘅時候可以配上蛋黃同白飯,和牛入口即溶,軟嫩度無可匹敵!和牛牛肋肉經過秘製醬汁醃製,雖然牛肋肉相對較厚同少油脂,但燒完肉質依然鬆軟嫩滑,仲好Juicy,相對於和牛西冷,係另一種享受。慶州極上黑毛豬梅肉兩大塊厚厚嘅豬扒,餐廳附有夾同鉸剪,方便我哋剪開一舊舊食。黑毛豬梅肉肉汁豐富,食落非常Q彈有口感,非常腍身。和牛三文治吉列和牛雖然經油炸,但入面嘅肉依然保持粉紅色嘅鮮嫩。厚切嘅吉列和牛扒夾喺金黃色食嘅多士當中,咬一啖,口裏即刻充滿濃郁嘅肉汁,令人回味無窮。Overall,啲肉都幾高質🐷🐮
