朋友話好耐冇去過居酒屋,所以一齊嚟旺角深宵食堂先來前菜「冰球漬」$38,冰球漬是三文魚額頭的部位,肉質食落冰涼爽口,拌上酸酸甜甜的醬汁,碟底是沙律菜,是一道非常醒胃的前菜牛油燒番薯($28)每粒都是超甜的,番薯外皮塗上牛油,再在火爐上烤得熟透,番薯肉淋而香甜,再配上帶少許鹹香的牛油,絕對是居酒屋必點的燒物甲羅燒($78)- 超濃郁的蟹膏蟹子,入口暖暖的,配上烤焗鬆軟的厚切麵包,味道一流絕對值得一試再來的是芝士蟹肉咖啡菇($48 )香菇內讓了蟹肉絲,配上熱溶了的芝士,鹹香的芝士溶和了海鮮的鮮甜味,再加上咖啡菇的味道,讓人吃過不停接着來的是我最愛的芝士年糕( $38 ),軟綿綿Q彈的年糕中間,是又香又煙銀的芝士溶,暖暖的外皮帶點香脆,火喉烤焗得剛剛好,一啖吃下去芝士溶在口腔中,非常好味鹽燒秋葵( $28)味道清新,配上木魚片,味道不錯蒜片一口和牛粒( $68 )愛吃和牛的朋友大讚這道菜,醬汁香濃,和牛肉質鮮嫩,香菇吸收哂和牛醬汁的味道,非常可口日式炒野菜( $48 ),味道比和牛粒清淡一點,吃完肉後,再吃點菜平衡一下,剛剛好呢~我們最後還點了了貓飯( $26 ),初時很好奇貓飯到底是什麼,

我們最後還點了了貓飯( $26 ),初時很好奇貓飯到底是什麼,原來是白飯配上醬油,飯面上再鋪上大量的木魚片,便是貓飯了
喜歡吃木魚片的朋友可以點這碗貓飯試試啊~
