炸沖繩芝麻雞翼 $44 呢個雞翼炸得好香脆,炸粉唔會同雞翼分開,而且加埋啲芝麻在面令到雞翼勁香!雖然佢係油炸,但大廚炸得好好,雞翼唔會好油,在炸果陣可以將油迫番出黎。而家雞翼炸得剛好,雞肉幾滑又入味,完全無雪藏味。 汁燒安格斯牛肉串 $26 牛肉肉味幾香濃,而且燒既火侯岩岩好,邊位脆口得黎又唔會令肉糙咗。不過汁燒既話,有啲覺得汁燒味道濃烈左,有時仲會蓋左牛肉味。 汁燒安格斯牛肉大蔥串 $22 呢個肉串評論同汁燒安格斯牛肉串差唔多,不過大蔥味道仲濃烈啲,有啲蓋左牛肉味。 蒲燒鰻魚 $98呢個真係好值得試,一上枱已經聞到勁香,香味唔單止在醬汁到黎,仲要係個鰻魚本身香味同油脂既香~首先講下個醬汁,唔會太甜或者太杰,反而個味道同鰻魚本身香味好夾,有提鮮效果,味道一啲都唔膩。而鰻魚好鬼長,起碼有個半手掌咁長(女士手掌),而且都算係厚肉,起碼咬落去好有口感同埋啖啖肉,鰻魚燒得剛熟,令魚肉好有彈性又軟綿,魚肉仍帶有濕潤感覺,雖然末至於入口即融既感覺,但係呢個價同出面食既鰻魚飯已經好大分別。加上鰻魚有一定魚脂,吃落去勁香~燒三文魚頭 $78 呢個同樣一上枱已經聞到勁香,而且魚頭好大添,仲聞到陣陣炭香味

燒三文魚頭 $78 


呢個同樣一上枱已經聞到勁香,而且魚頭好大添,仲聞到陣陣炭香味!魚肉夠厚又滑,魚肉仲帶點濕潤,我好中意食魚骨位,感覺好多骨膠原又食到炭香。不過有D位可能用鹽醃得耐,咸左少少,有啲位又無問題既。

燒皇帝蟹膏 $198 


呢個真係無得輸,我最中意係呢個。一上枱已經見到有好特別既炭爐燒住,皇帝蟹蓋仲好大個,呢個一黎已經好吸睛。到蟹膏開始有少少滾既狀態,已經可以食,由於好滿既關係,大家記得挖起果陣小心D,真係一啖都唔好哂左佢,同埋一路燒住都幾熱,大家食果陣記得小心D! 另外,蟹膏入面有一絲絲既蟹肉,除左食到軟綿又滑既蟹膏之外,仲吃到有彈性既蟹肉,呢個組合口感好正。同時,皇帝蟹既蟹膏同蟹肉既蟹味好濃郁,蟹味會重過鮮甜味,中意蟹味重D既你就一定要叫皇帝蟹。

 海膽炒飯 $88 


海膽都幾新鮮,不論係味道同口感都幾新鮮,唔會太腥,不過就縑佢少左D,令我好珍而重之咁慢慢食,哈哈。炒飯有一啲配料,例如係蛋、蔥同雜菜粒咁,飯粒都夠爽口,不過就唔夠油份,有少少乾身。
