嘩!去將軍澳滿山‧台北食台灣菜,你唔試佢哋嘅「醉雞」真係走寶啊!呢道冷盤靚到發光,琥珀色嘅酒凍包住金黃雞皮,未食已經呃like呃到爆一上枱,陣香撲鼻!紹興酒香混住當歸、枸杞嘅藥材味,唔會好濃烈,但係聞到就流口水 夾件厚切雞入口,冰涼涼超爽!夏天食真係透心涼~咬落去先驚喜:雞皮爽彈,雞肉嫩到離譜,完全唔「鞋」!最正係啖啖肉都爆汁 醃得超入味,花雕酒香由頭帶到尾,仲有當歸嘅甘苦、枸杞嘅甜同紅棗香,層次多到數唔晒!酒味夠濃但唔嗆喉,食完個口仲留住淡淡回甘~佢哋嘅秘訣係浸足時間,酒香鑽入每絲雞肉,冰凍口感夾住醇厚酒味,真係一試上癮!無論係開胃前菜,定係配碗熱辣辣滷肉飯,都係絕配. 我覺得值回票價!凍食醉雞好少做到咁入味,呢度絕對係水準之作,台灣控必encore!
