和老闆慶祝情人節,搵友人幫忙預訂了情人節正日晚飯,但因為限聚令而改為午餐。日本和牛三文治,擺碟賣相已經非常唔錯,和牛5成熟剛好馬糞海膽,放在一個已起肉的橙皮內,有淡淡清新橙香味,幾有趣湯煮和牛牛舌,少見做法,但又幾好味,因為薄切,所以有咬勁煮日本黑鮑魚配肝汁,白蝦,唔錯炭火燒金目鯛熊本和牛西冷野原燒,招牌菜之一,燒過的薄切和牛,油分和月見汁的蛋液混在一起,在加上黑松露,強烈刺激你味蕾!好正!松葉蟹釜飯,個人認為另一招牌菜米飯飽滿粒粒分明,配上松葉蟹肉和日本蔥,好好食!甜品雖然換咗日本主廚,但食物水準仍然能保持,服務水平都好專業,very good dinning experience!
