To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小店平日就食得多,今次就食d特別嘅,食中菜,雖然話係酒樓,但同平時的一盅兩件唔同,佢其實有啲似室內大排檔,而佢的食物質素亦真係不錯👍🏻好食😋!🦀避風塘炒蟹: 蟹肉好鮮好甜,配埋炸蒜超香,夠濃味又唔會過辣,色香味美! 🐚蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子: 蟶子肉質甜美又大件,軟硬適中唔會韌,啖啖肉,唔洗加豉油都夠味🐷沙姜凍豬手: 沙姜的鹹配上麻辣香油,成超開胃小菜,不同味道配搭一起,各有各出色又可互相配合,唔會過鹹或辣🍲蝦乾西洋菜煲: 西洋菜本身已經好甜,加埋蝦乾的鮮味,甜味升級,好食😋🥡事頭婆炒麵: 比都般酒樓的炒麵要出色,夠鑊氣,炒麵亦唔會過乾,不用加辣椒醬都好食夠味佢的價錢以酒樓晚市黎講唔算太貴,而且菜單選擇多,由小食到湯品都有,重點係食物味道都有不錯的質素,座位亦算闊落,上菜速度快,不錯試
