尋晚同朋友慶祝生日,去左k11新開花樣年華,一試佢地出名既上海小菜。泰式冬陰工鱸魚:用上新鮮鱸魚,入口嫩滑,咬落唔會太硬,加上用上正宗冬陰工材料製造,食落泰味十足。上海粗炒:師父用上正宗上海粗麵來炒,加上甜豉油炒製,麵身彈牙,炒得乾爽,實在必食。話梅骨:用上話梅炒的排骨,不但炸得香口,而且話梅味十足,加上用上百年陳醋來炒,實在係開胃之選。總括來說,花樣年華實在十分抵食,不但分量夠,而且味道可口,實在必食之選。
