香港d居酒屋而家開到成行成市,要數其中一間經典居酒屋,就一定有「乾杯」份。乾杯都算係香港初代居酒屋,生存到咁多年,一定有佢過人之處。咁多年黎我都食過唔少次,食物份量好明顯比一般嘅多,而家味道都保持到。青瓜蟹柳沙律($48)由細到大都咁鐘意食呢個沙律,有蟹籽又有清新青瓜 🥒 。燒原條茄子伴蔥花蒜蓉($68)燒茄子嘅重點就係要多蒜!呢條係多到鋪滿面~ 勁香勁好味 😋。清酒煮蜆($138)每粒蜆都大大粒又漲卜卜,仲食到清酒嘅香味。日本稻庭熱湯烏冬($88)稻庭烏冬比較幼身又滑嘟嘟,食完都唔會太滯。牛小排($158)估唔到呢塊牛小排咁高質,煮到7成熟,入口好嫩,不失牛香,必點之物。燒自家製芝士免治雞肉棒($78)$78有兩支算抵食,雞肉棒份量係其他居酒屋兩倍大,又係必點。韓式辣汁燒豬頸肉($48)汁燒黑豚蔥卷($38)是拉差雞柳串($38)其他串串都好出色,火喉燒得岩岩好
