今天在荃灣行街,見到荃新天地開左間新的西餐廳幾靚仔,決定入去試下。環境不錯,座位好坐,大自然的格調新清舒服。養生茶類選擇繁多,消滯洛神花茶好岩我地。暖暖地飲落去,感覺很好,仲可以添飲,加少少蜜糖,口感更好。十分欣賞佢地既餐湯,帶有黑胡椒的味道,磨菇濃郁帶有菇碎。炸雞翼珍寶珠釀松露蝦肉配蛋黃醬,系用左特大的雞翼,花上很長時間去起骨,再釀入手打蝦膠,最後在尾度留一支骨,形狀就似珍寶珠咁。配上黑松露醬,超級惹味。香煎南海石斑配甘筍茸,羽衣甘藍米飯沙律。好少有西餐廳會揀石斑做主菜,石斑的質素系相當高,相對價錢也會貴,但對身體卻十分有益,包括配菜的羽衣甘藍,甘筍都系十分健康的食材,擺盤靚仔,好好味。
