食串燒最怕食到一半會凍哂🙊,店家好貼心咁由第一道串燒開始,就由熱石上枱,之後到既燒物都會放在同一塊燒石上保持溫度👍🏻

泰式鹽燒鯽魚:用鹽包住未打鱗既鯽魚燒,魚身足足有一隻攤開既手掌咁大😳, 肚入面塞左香茅等香料,一𠝹開層皮,熱辣辣,d煙同魚香飄哂出黎🤤。就咁食,用仲好足水份,一d都唔乾,鮮味仲keep到👍🏻帶有淡淡咸香。另外跟泰式酸辣汁,辣椒味偏重,個人覺得唔點汁都夠好食,點左就增添泰式風味

燒芝士響鈴:好脆口,好薄身,一咬落去口感好鬆化,無油膩感,入面芝士唔算太濃味,偏向清新既口味黎👌🏻

燒紅酒燴原條香辣牛肋條:好淋好淋,用牙輕輕撕開已經得😋,肉汁雖然唔係超多,但正好將d味留哂起肉入面,食落竟然似牛腱味😂

燒黑啤牛仔骨:好厚切,但唔會韌,中間好多肉汁,唔會有太濃既黑啤味,只會帶有淡淡既香味,反而牛肉揀得唔錯,好濃牛肉味👍🏻

燒紐西蘭羊架:目測最少7成熟,同樣唔韌,肉汁足夠,可惜既係唔太騷,但竟然食到肥膏位有d紫菜味😳

燒玉桂焦糖金菠蘿:加左肉桂粉去燒,未擺入口已經聞到,面頭有層脆焦糖😍,外甜內微酸,菠蘿燒得岩岩好,唔會有太多筋,仲好多汁

燒蜜汁叉燒棒:呢個有驚喜👍🏻👍🏻,雖然唔肥,但唔似一般瘦叉咁咁鞋咁乾,肉質仲keep到好彈牙,帶埋蜜汁既微甜,比一般叉燒更好食

燒山賊雞翼:7味粉一d都唔吝嗇,鋪到成個面都係,味道唔洗講la, 個皮燒到脆身,因為雞翼攤開左燒,所以唔會爆哂肉汁咁,但同樣絕對唔會乾👌🏻

蒜蓉牛油焗娃娃菜:用炸蒜去焗,會比生蒜多左陣咸香味,平民價錢,令你食到蒜蓉牛油帶子既味道😂

燒汁洋蔥:唔會燒到過熟,仲keep到爽脆既口感,唔會仲帶洋蔥個種辣味,反而帶少少清甜味
