呢間燒味喺馬鞍山好出名,成日排長龍~~佢跳出馬鞍山,喺藍田同銅鑼灣開咗,所以要去試吓餐廳都好大,有兩層,菜式除咗燒味,仲有小菜、煲仔菜、海鮮、西式扒飯等~~大壹燒鵝- 例牌-下庄($148)招牌燒味,兩點未到乳豬,燒肉已經賣哂,好彩仲有最出名嘅燒鵝😋 食。燒鵝髀好大隻,滿有光澤🌟,肉厚又軟腍,肉汁💦多到吱出嚟🤤燒味雙拼飯:貴妃雞髀拼叉燒($56+12)貴妃雞髀肉夠嫩滑,叉燒半肥瘦,蜜汁🍯肉汁滿溢,烤得外脆內軟。乾炒牛河($60)炒得好夠鑊氣🔥,乾身又唔太油,河粉唔好炒到散哂,又唔會黐埋一齊,整體仲好夠味。牛肉好大塊又好腍😋
