打風嘅前夕,一於約埋成班朋友去打返個邊爐。如果要講性價比最高,又有最多牛肉食嘅,一定揀616鍋底鍋底嘅選擇頗多,雖然唔係嗰種湯品類型,但係佢嘅沙茶鍋底絕對係驚喜所作,沙沙的質地特別濃郁,令一邊嘅牛骨湯非常清甜,兩者嘅鴛鴦配搭十分合適~肉類信州和牛肩胛、信州和牛羽下肉都係今期嘅推介,用上竹藤作為擺設,牛肉嘅解凍做得非常之好,牛肩胛嘅肉味相對較濃,牛乳蟹肉色澤粉嫩,肥瘦相間食落軟柔,油脂較重!匙柄深紅色嘅色澤,咬落無筋,嫩嫩的口感!其他打邊爐當然唔少得有手打墨魚滑、炸魚皮同各款蔬菜做配料,手打墨魚滑真材實料,咬落爽彈,滿有墨魚嘅香氣,炸魚皮更加係encore左多一點,薄脆嘅口感浸入沙嗲湯底,絕對係滋味無窮!💡 餐廳收取每人$10的醬料費用
