是次點了「北海道海膽高湯涮涮鍋」及壽喜燒,海膽高湯每日限供應量,套餐包括前菜、蔬菜拼盤北海道米飯或拉面、甜品和兩款沾醬,湯底由時令海膽淆成,清甜又鮮味濃厚,相當好吃又價錢合理,按肉重及品種而定,大致三百多元就吃到一份套餐,比起日本吃還要便宜,日本一份海膽套餐近8000yen我們點了A4+赤身、A4+霜降及頂級A5西冷,赤身肉質比較瘦,油花比較少,牛肉味就相對較濃。霜降都油脂分低平均,入口油香味較豐富。西冷最頂級,感覺肉質細嫩,肉脂味道均勻有出色。北海道米豚肉嫩多汁,難怪有日本和牛的美譽壽喜燒湯底配牛肉是最適宜的!甜度適中惹味,套餐包括前菜、蔬菜拼盤、北海道蛋、北海道米飯或拉面和甜品。和朋友相約來吃,一個吃壽喜燒,一個吃涮涮鍋,便有兩份滋味🥹
