上年吃過這家的二段丼,記憶中味道不錯,而且賣相亦相當吸引。知道餐廳推出了新品,好奇心極強的我又去了潮拜一下。《薔薇二段丼 $298》賣相吸引,份量很足,分上下兩層,做得十分精緻。最搶眼當然是朵用吞拿魚刺身卷成的玫瑰花,旁邊是白身魚,配上三文魚子和蔥花,加上用火炙過,吃起來有點焦香味,味道好配。下層分別是蟹肉、海膽魷魚和蟹膏。海膽魷魚口感不錯,蟹膏配上薑蓉蔥花,甘香濃郁。還有中間的漬八爪魚帶醋酸酸的可以消滯。然後多點了一個《海鮮丼 $178》當中有藍鰭吞拿魚大腩、帆立貝、海膽、油甘魚同赤蝦,刺身將把飯都擋住了。藍鰭吞拿魚大腩有入口即溶感,嫩滑油香; 油甘魚爽口; 海膽、帆立貝和赤蝦鮮甜滑溜,還有厚燒玉子都很不錯。米飯醋味剛好不太酸且軟。丼的份量好足夠,質素之高絕對能滿足大家。
