早前來了富豪香港酒店吃這招牌‧海鮮極級自助晚餐,食物以海鮮為主題,相信令不少海鮮迷聽見也雀躍興奮。上年中也來過吃自助午餐,所以對這裡的環境不會陌生。先看凍盤,較特別的有龍蝦蟹子釀芒果及鮮蝦配熱情果沙沙醬,前者龍蝦肉份量很少,但跟上酸酸的芒果,是很開胃。後者味道相對吸引,只少能嚐到原隻蝦肉,吃到鮮味。其他的沙律及頭盤,款式一般,都是常吃的煙三文魚、凍肉等等。海鮮凍陣,有阿拉斯加蟹腳、蝦、蟹、青口等,但這阿拉斯加蟹腳跟最近在Café Express吃的相比,這個明顯地瘦削得多,亦沒有甚麼味道。吃了三文魚刺身,新鮮肥美,脂肪紋理也有,吃著充滿魚油甘香。熱食中,較特別的有酥皮三文魚,微脆的酥皮包著三文魚肉,肉質不會乾身腍散,也有點油份,這個也挺好吃。另外還有焗帶子及生蠔,食物一出,也引起各食客來搶奪。鵝肝多士,亦是另一受歡迎食物,淺嚐了一件,表而帶點微,但肝味不太濃郁,味道正常。咖哩牛尾,吃著辣味愈來愈強,牛肉炆得軟腍鬆化,味道是好吃。配上薄餅,沾滿咖哩汁來吃確是不錯,但薄餅較為硬實,吃得有點不暢快,不過已是我這夜很愛吃的熱食。 炸物方面,天婦羅如軟殼蟹、蝦、茄子等,口感不太油膩,但吃下亦沒有

炸物方面,天婦羅如軟殼蟹、蝦、茄子等,口感不太油膩,但吃下亦沒有甚麼味道,而炸魚的肉質有點粗糙,味道亦較淡。熱盤其實還有不少,但有些都沒有吃。

甜品有火焰雪山及即製梳乎里,火焰雪山蛋糕夾著雲尼拿雪糕,但沒有甚麼味道,反而外邊的蛋白層味道更甜。梳乎里有多款口味,我就選吃了薑味,吃下有點薑絲,味道也濃,不會很甜。

朱古力香蕉蛋糕,濃郁的朱古力慕斯包著原條香蕉,甘醇的可可味與蕉甜混和,這個挺好吃。綠茶紅豆蛋糕,既沒有綠茶味,亦沒有紅豆甜,不太好吃。

木糠蛋糕,忌廉十分軟柔,但只是面層也了點餅碎,吃下有點膩。芒果布甸反而不錯,味道酸酸的,合個人口味。看見這裡有Macarons也拿了來吃,質感極軟腍及極濕潤,與常吃的Macaons口感相差太遠吧。最後雪糕是來自Dryer’s,有四款味道,石板街、雲尼拿、士多啤梨及杏仁味道。吃著雪糕,也是甜美的完結。
